3I-Atlas the 3rd interstellar visitor (that we know of) passing through our solar system, on October 03rd 2025 – 3I-ATLAS will have its closest encounter with Mars. Around this day (+/- 5 days) we could (hopefully if NASA decides to do it…) get great high-res images of this interstellar object, passing through our solar system, from the HiRISE camera onboard of the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. Finger crossed “they” decide to use the camera. Check this link and scroll down the page to see a nice realtime tracker

Sto perfezionando la ricetta per pizza e focaccia fatte-in-casa. Constraints: meno di 2 ore di lievitazione, adatta per pizza condita (fina, romana, scrocchiarella) e focaccia farcita (tipo crostino e tipo genovese), adatta alla cottura in un regolare forno elettrico o gas, ventilato e non. In pratica adatta a chiunque possiede una cucina funzionale e non vuole impegnare troppo tempo.
